  Ryan was recommended to us by our realtor and we cannot sing his praises enough. We would choose Ryan a hundred times over based on his customer service and hard work alone. We heard multiple times that offers were not being accepted from those big box lenders because they just don’t put in the hours, were not reliable with timelines, and had multiple different departments/people handling different aspects and not communicating with each other. You will never have these issues with Ryan. Ryan and his team were local and knew the ins and outs of the market here in the Vancouver area. He was always in contact when we needed him to answer questions or provide guidance. My husband and I had never been through the home buying process, but Ryan was patient and walked us through each step and what everything meant. You cannot believe the amount of relief we felt to have a loan officer that we 100% trusted and knew that there were absolutely no hidden motives. He made sure that we were informed borrowers and made us feel secure in knowing that we chose the best loan officer. We are truly grateful for all the hard work and hours he put in to making sure that we got our dream home and had no surprises. We would recommend him to anyone who wants to know that their loan officer is in their corner!

  Ryan McCracken is not only a wonderful human being, but also a fantastic mortgage professional. He is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, committed, and reliable. The CCM team works seamlessly with him, so everything we discussed was conveyed to them and everyone was on the same page and dedicated to a smooth experience.
