  Shelley was my realtor. She put my house up for sale and within a week it was sold. The process was easy and she kept in touch with me throughout it all. Even through all the bumps with the lender and some other things that came up she was professional and on top of it. I can’t thank her enough for making it a quick, easy transaction. I highly recommend her for selling or buying a home.

  Thank you Wanda at Ryen Reality for making our dream of being home owners come true! We've been looking at homes in the area over the past few years, and Wanda was by our side every step of the way. She was always patient, helpful, and available to answer questions. Wanda was never pushy with us. She was very understanding of our budget and needs. You would think relators just want to make a sale and move on, but not Wanda. I would go months without reaching out to her, and then I'd send her a text at random asking to look at a property. She never hesitated to help us, and was always prompt with her response in setting up a time with us. She never "forgot" about us, and that's what I'm most impressed about. We were in a position that we didn't need to move, but wanted to. We took our good ol time, and that never deterred her from helping us. She was never too busy to tend to our (at times complicated) situation. When we were getting ready to close, some issues came up with the mortgage company, and Wanda is the one who went to bat for us to make things right. I can't say enough good about her - she went above and beyond multiple times for us. I am so glad we went with Ryen Reality.

  Spoke to Wanda on the phone and she wasn't very pleasant. The unwarranted real estate agent large ego phenomenon strikes again. Go elsewhere.

  Max, from what we understand you were not calling Ryen Realty for our services. You were trying to call the homeowner of the property (even asked to speak to the Brokers husband Vince) to see if they were interested in an offer. Not realizing the owner of the property, Wanda was also the Broker here. From your phone conversation we gathered that you purchase properties from homeowners at a lower price and resell them for profit.. Wanda was not interested in your tactics..
