Great lender! We worked with Hans and his team for 2 years as we started our new house hunt before COVID. We finally decided, spec’ed and closed at the end of 202 1. Despite the holidays and restrictions, Hans and his crew went out of their way to close on time. He also had a great relationship with our agent and builder so nothing was missed. He got us the best rate, better than the preferred builders lender. Easiest buying experience yet!
