      Horrible customer service he refused me a loan because my laptop wasn't at full charge he didn't even turn it on to check the charge, I brought it to him at above 50% he told me it had to be at 100% to know if my laptop holds a charge gave me some excuse that he doesn't want to have to go buy a battery when I'm clearly not selling it to him.
