I am incredibly pleased with the outstanding customer service at this location! I stopped in to open an account for my business; I was very warmly greeted by Liliani & Beth helped with opening my account...I was blown away by how friendly and helpful they are! Approved me for an account, took my deposit, had me set up direct deposit with my job, only to call me several days later and say because of a previous bankruptcy they couldn't give me an account and that they'd mail my deposit to me. Now I have to scramble and hope my paycheck doesn't go to an account that doesn't even exist anymore.

I was interested in getting a construction loan from here and called in mid January. Very brief conversation with Tracy and was told I would receive a call back. Fast forward to today and I have yet to receive a call back. I would not recommend S&T to anybody given my poor experience speaking with them.
