      I have been with DNB Bank for years and have been very unhappy with the management at this bank at Ludwigs Corner for years. I have made many complaints to upper management about this issue. They skirt around the issue by giving me to another person at the bank to deal with. When S and T took over I had hoped that the situation would change but it never does. Recently I had fraudulent activity on my card for around $60. I called to report it and didn't get any resolution. One day I received a call from the Branch manager that the only way to dispute the charge was to cancel my card which in itself is highly inconvenient. I agreed to do this. Then they charged me $55.00 to get me a new card. $55 for a NEW CARD? or I had to wait 10 days. Who has 10 days to wait to spend money in their business? I had to agree to pay it or I wouldn't be able to use it. So, what did I gain? $5.00 and a lot of hassle of changing all my automatic payment methods for everything. When I called the main banking center to complain they didn't care either. Referred me back to the branch bank. Which didn't care in the first place. They don't care about their customers. When it was DNB they printed the cards and now they are charging $55.00 for them. RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.
