      There needs to be an option for a ZERO star review. This bank does not value long term customers. There are too many other options for banking to stay loyal to a bank that does not value a 30 year customer.

      Back in August, my debit card was hacked through eBay/PayPal. I filed a complaint, and through their “investigation” they deemed it that it wasn’t fraudulent, that I indeed made the purchase. I would know if I was hacked or not, and had to get another debit card issues to me because of it. Now, they say since the investigation came back not in my favor, that there is absolutely nothing that they can do. So basically I am out the money that was scammed out of me. So this leads me to the only conclusion that I can come up with, that this bank is a deceitful bank, not deserving of my business. PayPal and eBay will be getting similar reviews
