  The hours are the most inconvenient I'm at work before they open and just getting home when they close.Your should be open for my convenience not yours!Less foot traffic on Saturday down size your staff but to be closed on Saturday ridiculous.

  What kind of bank won’t allow you to cash an income check without an account with them? Total scam. They should just have cashed my check for a fee and had me set up an account. Instead they rudely refused to cash my check, and told me I would need to call to make an appointment to set up an account when there were 4 bankers sitting there doing nothing. Terrible, awful customer service. Only in there a few minutes but I was not impressed.

  Hi Dustin, I am sorry that you feel your experience with us was not a pleasant one. At this time in an abundance of caution we are doing all non-teller work by appointment only. The management team did sit down and go over this policy since then and has made a few changes that will better serve our members! Going forward, we will now be scheduling appointments when possible while the member is present. In the instance that all New Account Representatives are currently unavailable, we will take your name and number and have someone call you to set up an appointment. This will hopefully help to accommodate new members and their busy lives as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback!
