      Worst experience ever I use to have an account with this bank years ago. They never seem to help there customers more like give them a hassle. I've been trying to get information on an account of a deceased loved one for months now and besides them giving me everything I need to know all at once I keep having to go back and get more paperwork. If you try leaving contact information on the web page no one contacts you. Then they ask where you are getting your paperwork done totally unprofessional and not needed information. Even when I had a account with them they would give me the run around. Seem like they are going by a old routine compared to other banks besides not being willing to help.
