      Cannot access online banking at least 50% of the time. Got me wondering what it's good for. Capital One 360 is what I use now. Between not being able to use Google Pay, not being able to do a transfer or bill pay because the host service is down so often/app doesn't work, and having basically limited functionality all round, this bank is not worth it. The people may be nice and helpful, but the services offered by the bank itself are SEVERELY lacking, even among similar-sized banks.
