A friend needed to open a bank account, everyone was helpful and helped us to choose the best type of account and even with direct deposit my friend will have a bonus. The person who attended us is highly trained and still speaks Spanish, I went to help with the translation and I didn't need to. I highly recommend this bank.

Pretty weird when you get denied a bank account from a credit union when you have bank accounts with three major Banks and an over 700 credit score, I don't know what they're looking for? Pretty much just a waste of time and another credit inquiry on the books. Honestly I should be interviewing them for the job since they'd be storing my money and not the other way around I'm not applying for credit but apparently I was applying for the privilege of lending them my money. Guess I'll stick with my priority Citibank account!!
