Do not use this credit Union I've been trying to cancel my account for 6 months now Unsuccessfully calling over and over with Little to no response and only the response and the only person who to response is from card services about the last review so hopefully someone reads this so I can get this problem resolved

Safe credit union on k st has been my go to branch for a couple years. Will not be anymore. I went there a couple weeks ago on a Saturday and the door was locked. When I read the sign it said appointments only. When I came in with an appointment and mentioned the doors being locked them female teller literally argued with me about there is no way it was locked and she could go get someone who was there to prove it. Extremely un professional as that would not fix the problem but only made my opinion worse. Here it is the following Sunday and the 🏧 does not work. Not a good branch in any way.

All SAFE Branches are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, and require an appointment to be helped by a banker. I will be sure to reach out to the branch visited to bring this to their attention.
