Terrible customer service! Charged me $90 in nsf fees over a $21 credit card charge when it was clear there was an error going on and payment was being withdrawn out of the wrong account. Refused to refund me any of the fees I’d paid, I can understand making me pay one but not all 3. I’ve been a member since 2004 and have two credit cards and financed 3 cars through them. I’m done, I’ll take my business elsewhere. They might not miss me but I’ll damn sure not miss them. Let them stay incompetent.

Why everytime safe is close on these little hoildays they always say they open but never be. It's very frustrating. You guys should do better with changing the times so people will know your closed.
