An amazing experience! Within 24 hours Jackie had numbers for us to look over. After filling out the online application and submitting our documents we were ready to close within 30 days.

DO NOT HAVE SHALONDA SUMPTER BE YOUR LOAN OFFICER! She doesn't answer your phone calls or texts or answers your questions! She claims she is here to help you with purchasing your home but she lies! You try to believe your loan officer will be there for you but Shalonda doesn't have your best interests at all! I was literally couple days away from closing on my house and she tells MY REALTOR, not ME, "She has to have X amount at closing" But she told me I only had to have X amount. She made a promise she didn't keep. She is unprofessional and hung up on me when trying to communicate with her. She also blamed me that this happened! She is TERRIBLE AND MADE THIS THE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR MY FIRST HOME BUYING PROCESS.
