      Our experience with Sail Mortgage was a breeze (no pun intended). Jerome was one of the few lenders who gave us the confidence we could close quickly in this hyper competitive housing market. His team were always willing to run us new numbers when we wanted to offer, and when we did get one accepted, Kendall was an awesome resource to ask questions. Kendall gave us her direct cell phone number to call and answer questions at any time, and she was a great resource when we were confused on something. Can't say enough nice things about her. If you give them the documentation they ask for quickly, Sail will make the process pretty smooth for you. Our realtor commented that Sail worked quickly and kept her in the loop. When the rates hopefully come back down sometime in the future, Sail will be the first place we go to look for a refinance.

      Diane Vindivich of Sail Mortgage was absolutely the best! She met with me and my parents in their most recent house purchase/mortgage. She was able to call us even on very short notice. She took the time to make sure that my parents felt comfortable with absolutely everything. Her knowledge was impressive, and she definitely put our minds at ease in this entire process. She was so kind and caring. Diane made sure that we all understood all of the details of the transaction. Not only did she spend time with us that evening (Friday evening for several hours), but she kept tabs on us throughout the mortgage process. Any questions we had were answered immediately either by Diane, Angie Bender or Lisa Siranovich. I have had a several other mortgage type experiences in the past, but I can truly say that this one ranks as the best experience by far. I give Diane Vindivich and Sail Mortgage my highest recommendation. If you are looking for a lender, your search is over.
