  Great service. Smaller shop but good variety of items. Work with you to get your items out of pawn and give good prices on your loans. Cash only here when getting items out of pawn.

  Hi Valery, I am sorry about your experience today on what we are offering for gold at the moment. Unfortunately with gold prices fluctuating we are trying to maintain the current rises and falls of the market. The econony currently is very unstable and we are not a large enough store to be able to turn in our purchased gold daily for income. We watch the gold market, however, are unable to purchase enough daily to offer what straight gold buyers only offer. We are a pawn shop that only charges 10% a month on loans compared to our competitors that charge 20%-35% a month. We take into account that all policies are different than other shops, as we are also a full service jewelry store, myself being a GIA graduate gemologist and offer very very low prices on our estate and new jewelry as well, we charge $6 to replace most watch batteries which is the lowest in our area as well. We also charge far less than our competitors on jewelry repair. I do apologize for us not being able to meet your needs for what you wanted for your gold, all businesses are different because they operate different as well as each shop also has different overheads and different employees and salaries for them and we strive to maintain a good reputation and have friendly service and confidence that anything that you pawn with us is safe and secure. If it was for a loan we have no idea what gold is going to be in 3 to 6 months to a year which sometimes people leave their merchandise in that long and then never come back and we have to account for that as well. Again I do apologize and hope a gold buyer was able to accommodate your needs today.
