  Amazing experience! fast & priced fairly! Scott is very knowledgeable in his work and helpful with any questions I have. The staff is also very sweet, helpful, and quick to respond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  Salabsky did my taxes for the past two years. Last year I had some difficulty getting them to respond or acknowledge that they had all my forms and were working on my taxes, but they eventually did. This year I received an email about a new website where they wanted the forms uploaded to. I uploaded my forms and sent an email to let them know. No response. A month later I emailed again to check the status, again no response. The third email was letting them know I didn’t want my taxes done by them. Still waiting for a response.....I deleted my files and their phone number.

  I have been coming here for years, and have not have an experience quite like the one I had this tax season. I dropped my taxes off as soon as tax season started. I called 2 weeks after to make sure that my taxes were received. After multiple phone calls and no response, I was finally told "we should have them." I had to call multiple times a week to speak with someone. I waited 6 entire weeks until I called about the status of my taxes. I was told that I was on a short list and they would be done soon. I called again, and was told my taxes would be done that day. This however was not true. I called and said that I will come pick up my taxes and take them elsewhere to be done. They were then done the next day. I was told that there was confusion with if I was filing jointly with my husband or separate. Let's just note that I clearly checked off the "file jointly" box. There was no confusion and if there was, why did it take me calling 50 times to get an answer. I picked up the taxes and the social was incorrect for my husband (even though I provided the correct number in writing). I had to drive back down and let them know. I was told that it would be changed in the system. 4 days later, I get a phone call that the taxes are bouncing back. BECAUSE the social was STILL incorrect!!!! Terrible experience. I will NOT be going back to get my taxes done here anymore. All I can say is that I am glad we opted for tax insurance, because I know something else will be incorrect. If i could rate this 0 stars, I would.
