  Wow. I will never get a loan or do any kind of business with Salal Credit Union ever again. I inherited them when they bought Group Health - who was awesome. I paid off my car more than 4 years ago - I was never sent my title/release of liability/payment in full letter or any other documentation that I now own the car outright, I didn’t realize this until I tried to sell my car and realized I don’t have the title. To my surprise the DMV still showed Salal as a lien holder, when I called Salal Credit Union, they passed me around several times, couldn’t find any answers or explanation as to why I’ve never been sent documentation naming me as the legal owner and said they would immediately put the docs in the mail (mind you NOTHING happens “immediately” at Salal, I had to call several times and follow up with them to even get this far), in typical Salal fashion, I am now going on three weeks - no title. I called and apparently my title was not sent out immediately, even after it being 4 YEARS LATE, it still wasn’t sent out. I’ve had to pull my ads to sell my car, pay car insurance and a parking space for an extra month because of Salal’s neglect and lack of professionalism. If I didn’t know any better, I would think this is some kind of scam, what if I died? Would Salal own my car? Ridiculous, this kind of neglect should be illegal.

  Citi app said you could take cash from this ATM , and it didn’t work , better go to a Target (all point ATM)
