      I am not quite sure I have a bad memory but a team member by the name of Nancy or Debby at the Billerica location was beyond rude to me. She seemed almost lazy and so quick to turn over my request for help. I called the 24 hour baking service and everything she told me was absolutely wrong and they helped me right away. It is quite a shame. I have been a card holder since I was 15 so over 7 years and not once have I been treated like this by a team member.

      Please don't be fooled by their higher than average APYs on saving accounts. This bank bothered me for documents for over 2 weeks, and at the end told me they couldn't mantain my account, simply because my visa was expiring less than 2 years from the date of account opening. Would be good if they can adapt to recent times, and understand that a state like Massachusetts hires alot of people from abroad
