      Customer Service is unacceptable, waited in a very long drive through line, customer in front of me got out of line and left, once I finally got to the window I was told I would have to wait even longer while the lobby was serviced, seriously? It shouldn’t take a half hour to unsuccessfully complete a transaction at the 2 bay drive up

      Horrible experience with all staff. No customer service whatsoever. Will make it a nightmare to close your account. Avoid at all costs.
