      I really want this to be zero stars but I can't post without giving at least 1. I went to the drive through ATM on Monday 12/4. The ATM froze mid transaction. I waited about five minutes for my money to come out then went into the branch and told the teller what happened she was very unsympathetic, offered me no help, said ATM's don't make mistakes and that I needed to contact my bank which is TD.( I have to say I am not impressed with the way this situation is being handled by either bank but Salem Five took $3.00 from my account for not being a member of their bank and using their ATM!) Now here we are 2 weeks before Christmas and we are still getting the run around from both banks and are out $300!
