      This is not my bank but across the street from my office and I needed a Notary. Very pleasant on the phone to confirm that someone was there until 4. Hopped across the street at lunch and the notary was there and it took all of 10 minutes. Very pleasant people. No charge even though it was not my bank. Nice people.

      The WORST by far. Don’t waste your time going to Salem5 Bank for CONSTRUCTION LOANS. They wasted my time and money. Go to Haverhill Bank!

      Poor customer service and refuses to provide basic fraudulent protections to its customers. Closing my account and going back to DCU, I don’t care if it’s a twenty minute drive.
