Melody Anoli-Marcotte is top notch ! She spent so much time helping me get out of financial credit card debt . With her help I was able accomplish that and refinance my mortgage with Salem Five! Seriously could not be more happy than I was today!! Sat down with Melody for a total of 15 minutes and she was able to pinpoint which areas on my credit report needed the most attention. Great local bank based on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Fast, friendly service in this (Tewksbury) location and also North Andover. (I haven't been to other locations.) This banking institution is an amazing breath of fresh air compared to the Mega-banks with their long wait times and impersonal service. I really hope Salem Five doesn't get swallowed up by a bigger bank. They are perfect just the way they are!
