Horrible unprofessional location. If you decide to bank with Salisbury Bank. Do not go to Newburgh location. I called about making a deposit prior to depositing the check. Explaining the urgency of this deposit needing to be available, representative informed me that funds will be available next day. Called next day because funds were not available, I was then infomed that funds will not be available for 7 days. Spoke with Manager Stacy whom wss terribly rude and disrespectful. This is not a good branch. I intend on discontinuing use of the entire bank. If they have a bunch of people that are this unruly, I no longer feel comfortable banking with them. Absolutely despicable. Now I'm having to prepare for a lawsuit against this bank. Absolutely egregious and disappointing.
