  Sally and the team went above and beyond to get us a mortgage. They had to shut down due to an incoming hurricane. But, kept in touch with us from their homes. Very friendly and easy to work with. Full explanation of the process and when things will happen. No surprises, and everything on their part went well. UPDATE: Sally helped us with the purchase of our new home. Even though we used the builder's mortgage company! Her guidance and advice has continued. She doesn't stop after you close. Sally is like the "Energizer Bunny". She keeps going and going. Her helpful tips, vast knowledge, and repertoire of vendors are there for you. We highly recommend Sally and her team!

  Sally Vance helped me to reduce my mortgage interest rate by from 3.75% to 3.125%. In addition to this basic savings her total fees to complete this were about $1,000 below two other mortgage brokers I got rough estimates from. My overall monthly payment went up by $60 but I received over $30,000 back. This allows me to have a higher loan and still maintain the same cost to service the debt. So that was the savings. The best part was simplicity of the process. I have a few investment accounts which I trade options in. This was a big issue with the initial loan on this house. Additionally, I was in the process of redoing my kitchen $5,000 of cash here and there were leaving the account. There were no issues with my statements and using the program Sally has, I never had to go get updated documents. They automatically updated. This was a time saver and made the loan process as painless as it could be. Sally and her team of Wonder Women are truly white glove service with an excellent hard product.
