That’s the difference I found with Salu when compared with other agents I tried. After discussing /understanding our mandatory and optional house requirements, He comes up with the list of candidate houses matching our listed requirements + additional parameters. I was really surprised with the additional parameters which he considered in identifying our home; it’s not just number of bath/bedrooms or budget. He identifies the houses which suits our “Family profile” and then plays smartly in the bidding/offers to win the Bid. Highly recommended for first-time home buyers.

Very ethical, professional, punctual and guides you till you find your dream house with in your budget.
