      Service came to a quick end when I asked for help recasting this loan as promised. CCCU sold the loan and washed their hands of helping outside of sending me to the new loan holder. We had outstanding service working with Sam! Loan closed on time with an amazing rate. Easy online application to get things started and Sam was there to help all along the way. We would most certainly look to work with Sam again- and have already referred a number of friends! Thanks for all your hard work Sam!

      Thanks for the review Tim. As I stated since US Bank is the servicer you would need to deal with them on the recast. You also knew from the beginning that US Bank would be the servicer.
