We were referred to Dan Williams when purchasing a property out of state (Nevada). Our California broker did not have a Nevada license. We had a 30 day escrow. Dan was informative, professional, and responsive to execute our mortgage and close on time! There were step by step short videos as you moved through the process. We were pleased with our (locked in) mortgage rate, especially since the rates were rising. We highly recommend C2 financial and Dan Williams.
