  Seriously, downtown Alamosa drive thru.... why the heck does it take sooooooooooooo long. .....from the lanes all you see is chitty chatter.

  The bank is ok, there is some hidden fees they don’t talk to you about, I had this bank for 5 years and they just seem behind in technology. The app is ok. The biggest thing that gets me, these guys never answer the phone. Doesn’t matter on which location I call. So your telling me I have to drive 25 mins just to get a simple number that a wonderful representative could have given me over the phone. The feel bad for the older clients.
