Worst bank I have ever had a loan with there app and getting auto pay set up has taken me 4 phone calls and a week time still ot working. They love to help you when they need a document from you but if you need help there unless.

Edit: SAFCU reached out and rectified the situation. They took the time and effort to reach out to me and make sure that I did not get any fees or credit hits from the problem and thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention. Excellent customer service from the employees at this branch. Not this specific branch, but Sandia in general. I set up an auto loan with Sandia CU and the first payment was due on April 5th. The first bill from SCU did not arrive until April 8th, and it was postmarked April 4th, the day before it was due. I could not pay online because I had no account number prior to receiving the bill. Once I did get online, it took another 4 days to link my normal bank to pay the bill. Even after talking to customer service and setting up a payment to try to pay as quickly as possible, SCU sent me a letter stating they would tack on late fees and report non-payment to my credit. TLDR: Horrible account management, useless customer support, bad communication. Very sorry I ever did business with them.
