      Such a great bank/credit union. Have a auto loan and personal loan and approval was so quick and easy. Saw another negative response review talking about the difficulty paying an auto loan, I find paying my auto loan simple. I have a older bank account with direct deposit so I pull out money and deposit (to avoid the electronic transfer fees from my other bank) into my Sandia Labs account and easily pay/transfer my payment each month. Will continue to go to so Sandia Labs for any future needs, loans or home/auto loans.

      Hardest bank to go through with car loan. Payment options are not easy. You can’t just call and pay over the phone or they charge $10 dollars. You can’t just pay online or they force automatic transfers. Where is the simple pay car loan now option? Not having a great experience.
