      I worked with Ben and he helped me with the purchase of my first home which was a new build here in Vegas. He is very responsive to emails and calls and just very knowledgeable about the home buying process. As this was my first time buying a home I knew absolutely nothing and Ben was able to explain everything. He was also very on top of everything even more so than the builder was. Don't feel pressured into using the builder's lender. I was able to save a lot more in closing cost and my monthly payment ended up being a lot lower working with Ben. Thank you so much!
