I will gladly post the first review...The Senior Bank Associate Tammy is the most pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate employee there! She spent hours with me last week and assured me that she/they would do everything possible to resolve a mistake that was made. First and foremost, employees anywhere NEVER admit to mistakes, nonetheless a bank. For me it was not the mistake, it was Tammy's ability to apologize and resolve the issue. I am forever grateful to her for her superb customer service. She went absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND to help me.
