      My rating reflects the bank not this particular branch. Staff at the branch were polite and professional. Extremely disappointed with loan process for primary residence - approved well in advance of closing- exactly 24 hours prior to closing - bank completely switched us to a different loan product. Of course it was more advantageous to the bank - rate and terms. Since we were planning to move the next day - we had no choice but to move forward with less favorable loan product. I don’t know if this is standard practice for this bank - but watch out - we were burned!!!
