      The bank's online system works poorly. Yesterday, I tried and failed to make an automatic payment. I called the Service Center and they helped process the payment. But, I logged in today only to discover the payment was made TWICE. Ugh! Sandy Spring Bank falls short again. My advice, use another bank.

      Not my usual Sandy spring location. The other is easily 5 stars (Bethesda). This one is staffed by lazy, unfriendly bankers that seem to hate their job and take it out on patrons.
