I wish I shared the same experience as others, but unfortunately that was not the case. Everything leading up to taxes being completed was good. Scott had said that he would go over what we could change/do correctly as this is our first time filing jointly when we saw him for our appointment. I received a call saying our paperwork is ready so my husband went over to pick it up and only one item was covered very briefly. We still had questions by the time we went over our paperwork so I emailed Scott one of my questions. No response for a week so I forwarded the same email to him and asked if it would be easiest to schedule an appointment to go over our concerns. I got two sentence response with an answer and that was it. We have more questions and believe people pay you to answer these same questions we have. I understand being busy, but this service was not worth paying for. Little communication and no follow up. I expect more when paying for a service that I could've done online and got the same lack of information for free.
