      After 17 wonderful years in Crestone, I felt the need to move to a warmer place that is a bit less challenging for an aging woman. I contacted Nick Nevares with Sangre de Cristo Real Estate and am very pleased that I did. Nick and Vivia Lawson, the Realtor, were wonderful to work with throughout the process of selling my straw bale home. They understood the uniqueness of my little house and that it would take a special person to appreciate it. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and always open to answering questions. They helped me understand the process and ensured that I was comfortable every step of the way. I can't thank them enough!
