  Keep trying to give them benefit of the doubt, but this credit union acts like they don't want anyone who is employed in a 9-5 job to bank with them. Can not believe that NONE Of the branches have late hours, not even on Friday. When I started with them, they had late hours downtown on both Mondays and Fridays, now they use the "excuse" of Covid to cut services. Last time I tried doing an ATM deposit, after discovering them closed, the machine ate my check and gave no receipt. I had to go in on Saturday morning to fix it. Of course there is NO way to leave a message after they close, despite ONLY being allowed to leave message when open since they never answer the phone. To top it all off, when attempting to contact them through their website, it gives a "404 not found" message.

  Dear Roberta, you are correct that we do not offer any evening hours in the branches. Our Soquel and Watsonville branches are open on Saturday's and if you have an ATM card it can be used wherever a CO-OP Network emblem is visible.
