      This title company is awful. Save yourself the headache, go with First American or Fidelity. Angela and Albert never answer your calls, they make thousands of simple spelling mistakes all over your paperwork. In one transaction they actually had the WRONG PROPERTY LEGAL DESCRIPTION on the deed they had the sellers get notarized. If I didn't catch it, they certainly wouldn't have. Kanah doesn't seem like she finished a basic education based on her inability to spell, read your emails, or communicate properly. This title company is disorganized, non-responsive and simply incompetent. I work with many title companies in my line of work as a real estate investor, and trust me, STAY FAR AWAY. They will cause you more problems than it is worth.
