      My only issue, as with any other bank, are the terrible hours. It would be wonderful to have a bank open at 7am and stay open till 5:30-6pm, as well as staying open on "holidays" that everyone else has to work on. Other than that, it has been my bank for 15+ years and the people are wonderful.

      Absolutely terrible service. Closed my account without ever giving me any notice. Never called or mailed me anything to say they were taking money from my account for it being idle. It was my savings, it was there in case I needed it. They stole my money. On top of it the clerk had the nerve to smirk as she told me there was nothing else she could do about it. I guess they got what they wanted and didnt care the route they took. Thankfully someone contacted me from the office. Heidi really helped me out and was excellent in explaining the situation.
