      This is the worst branch in Queens with customer service there is always only one or two teller taking care of customer and for the simple transaction they take forever only with one person. I recommend people not to come here to waste your time!!! I hope the manager do something about it!!!!!

      Went in person to open a safety deposit box and the rep told me they had one left. After discussing prices and agreeing to open one she then tells me the keys to the safety box are missing. I asked her to be put on a waiting list and she responds that wont be possible because that particular safety box isn't registered in there system. I left a name and number and told her to give me a call back in couple days when she gets an update but no response. Terrible customer service!!
