      Everyone I met at melrose branch is friendly. I am santander customer from last 3 years and satisfied with services(my favorite place to do notary). Earlier I used to visit bank of america and Citizen but faced lot of issues, but now I am more Santanderian 😀

      Went to the Melrose Santander and was immediately greeted when I walked in. The woman introduced herself as the manager Ivette. Very kind and helpful. The tellers were so nice I was very happy with the service!!

      I've had very good service from Santander bank in Melrose. They have made every problem right and treated me well when I needed help. I have nothing negative to say about them. I had cape cod bank and trust, which was taken over by sovereign bank, then Santander bank took Them over. Through it all, I've been lucky to have a bank I can depend on! 5 stars!
