      I was approved for a loan back in August. I sent them everything they needed they said they were gonna call back never did so called them everyday for two months then the story would change. They would say they would have this person call you back from the bank and they never would. There was always an excuse to why the loan couldn't be closed on for that week. It was excuse after excuse and not being informed or when they said they would call you back they wouldn't. Just the way they handled things and jerked around for two months they have lost my business Id never go there again!

      If I could give them a -000000000000 stars I would. Only been with them for probably less than a month and it has been the worse banking experience of my life. SANTANDER SUCKSSSSSS !!!!

      It's what you expect, people are friendly, sometimes you wait longer than you would like, but I wait longer in grocery lines. Maps could make it easier to find with proper directions in and out of shopping complex. Maybe it would have been better to ask for the grocery outlet or Kmart across the parking lot.
