  The staff at this location were very friendly, the manager and co manager were also very helpful they went all out to make sure my accounts and needs were handled I would highly recommend this branch to anyone their excellent I feel safe having my money in their location.

  Terrible customer service. I was racially profiled by the associate Joyce. When I first entered the bank and asked to open an account and make a deposit, she told me to wait as she made copies which took her about ten minutes. Once she viewed my identification she asked what brought me to that branch almost as if I didn't belong there. I stated I was in the area, which she then stated she had to ask me those questions. I was then interrogated on where the check I was trying to deposit was from. The check clearly stated where it was from,she then proceeded to call five different numbers in attempt to authenticate the check prior to opening the account. Joyce made mention that sometimes people come in with fake checks. Which I was offended by since it's clearly a real check and it's not her responsibility to authenticate a check. She refused to give me a copy of all the documents signed ans stated she couldn't because it belongs to the bank. I had to keep insisting on getting a copy but she still only gave me a copy of one signed page. During this visit I asked for a manager and she stated they were in transition and there wasn't one available. It's terrible that in todays day I would have to deal with this lack of professionalism. In addition to that I expressed to her that I needed to leave but she had a complete disregard for my time, then process took over TWO AND A HALF HOURS. There's clearly a moral, ethical and training issue.

  I went in to simply join my new account to my auto loan so it could prevent me from having to go in constantly and pay my auto loan when I could just pay online. A simple thing I wanted turn out me being there for an hour, the lady who helped me was pushy when it came to joining my savings account with my checking account to save money (not what I went in for) then proceeded to ask why I bank with wellsfargo and if I was going to continue banking with them.. not relevant to what I was going in for. She made the process extremely long and also kept pushing for me to join the two account (because she did it) I felt uncomfortable and wanted to walk out within a couple minutes. It was also extremely sketchy and make the experience uncomfortable, I think I’ll be sticking to the Morris Plains location rather than Randolph. Also, was told by a friend who banks with Santander that you only need $10 to open an account, but was told it was $25 by this woman.
