Tried to get an issue resolved with an agent there. Weeks went by with no resolution. He had promised to email me on a certain date. Never got any email from him. Sent a complaint email to him directly and also got no reply, no apology, nothing. Phoned the branch Manager and also no apology. Sent a letter to the bank's customer service department and guess what...also no response whatsoever. They've made it quite clear how important customer service is to them. I'd be out of a job if I treated my customers this way. Update: They have ended their "Extra 20" checking account which I've been in for about 1 year, something they promoted as not being a temporary thing like other banks do. So much for that. I'm outta here, Santander!
