      I visit this branch once per week, and the bankers/tellers at this branch are very helpful and polite. I would give 10 stars if I can.

      I am a new customer and made a visit to this location . Many were friendly and welcoming . However, I found Donnie to have the worst customer service . He was not friendly, made no eye contact and made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope they can give him some customer service training. He made mt first experience not good.

      I closed my account with Marcia Lawrence on 3/16/2018... she never closed the account and on June 1st 2018 some fraud charges were made to my account... let me tell you what a nightmare Santander is to deal with. They will let anyone charge an account but I need to verify myself in blood over the phone or in person and they still won't help you... The worst customer service in the world...
