      Worst branch ever. In the midst of snow storm, I got stuck on the entrance of parking lot since it wasn’t still plowed. Called them to ask where alternatively I could park & was told to figure it out by the desk associate. I only went because the issue apparently couldn’t be handled over the phone & was urgent. The manager told me where I could park instead even though he had hard time solving my issue. You need to train people to provide better customer service & be more compassionate.

      Great customer service- I waited only a few minutes to meet with an account manager and he was incredibly helpful every single time I went into their Needham, MA branch! Looking forward to staying with this bank in the future. Keep up the great work guys :)
