      Rude, ignorant manager overrules everything can’t make a simple transaction without her causing needless delays. Can’t wait to close my account. Been with them 10 years. They’ve changed and not for the better.

      Sadly, not the friendliest of staff, rude and racist remarks were made for no reason whatsoever. Not a great experience for the first time doing any kind of transaction at this bank. If this wasn't the only branch of this bank around in the area I would give it only 1 star. I will be looking elsewhere to do our banking in the future.
