  Amazing branch where everyone is very helpful and beyond professional. Everyone is always smiling, treat you with so much respect especially the branch manager Aziz,she is very respectful, helpful and professional, she always goes out of her way to help on few issues I had. She is an asset to your institution. She is simply phenomenal,will always go back and refer my family and friends because of her.

  I went here to cash an lousy $3 rebate check and after well over five minutes of assisting me the teller says to me we can't cash this you don't have an account with us all because I forgot to write my acoount number on the back of the check. Granted I understood but don't go say your don't have an acoount with us when clearly he wasn't sur I did or not and the way I know that is I infact have not one but accounts with them. I was on my way to work so I had no more time to explain that I had an account and all the annoying part is that he took so long to come out and say we cant cash this, Santander is getting to be very incontinent with the chages they been making. Seriously considering switching to TD bank

  I don't often leave reviews but after seeing how this manager treats customers I had to. An experience so bad I'm considering swapping banks. Santander must be a bad company to hire a manager that treats customers so poorly.
