      After spending almost two hours opening 3 accounts n turning in all the correct paperwork, I was supposed to receive at least 325$ as an inventive in 90 days.....the time came n went n did not receive, called the person who opened the accts n was told that there was something wrong with the paperwork n they would not pay the incentive..... I closed all my accts with them.....respect? I don't think so n here u have the proof They told me a story of why non payment of the promo for one acct n I said ok there were 2 more accts opened the same day, that was a month ago n still no response, this is how they show respect to their customers.....after doing me wrong they can't even apologize n make it right

      Have never liked dealing with this bank. Tried multiple times to not be charged $3 per month for statements I don't need but this continued for months. Insane overdraft fees. Not worth dealing with. Done with this bank.
